Clearpath Intelligence
See the workflow clearly before you change it.
Use this downloadable worksheet to examine one real workflow: how it starts, what repeats, what inputs are available, where risk sits, and where human review belongs.
For teams and individuals
Start with one process as it actually happens. No account or email gate is needed.

A focused starting point for a grounded conversation.
The PDF includes space for workflow details, prompts, notes, and a bounded small pilot. It is exploratory: it does not guarantee savings or assume that an integration, tool, or outcome is available.
Inside the worksheet
Six prompts for looking at the whole workflow.
Describe the workflow as it happens today, including the parts that are easy to miss.
- What triggers the workflow?
- What outcome should it produce?
- What are the steps, in the order they actually happen?
Look for a pattern without assuming that repetition alone makes a task a fit.
- How often does this workflow happen?
- What is the approximate volume in a typical week or month?
- How much time or effort does it take, including follow-up and rework?
Inventory what is available now, without assuming a new integration or system of record.
- What inputs are needed to do the work?
- Where does each input come from, and in what format?
- How complete, current, and consistent is the information?
Make the consequences and boundaries explicit before exploring a change.
- What would happen if an output were wrong, late, incomplete, or misunderstood?
- What privacy or security constraints apply?
- Are there compliance, contractual, or policy requirements to account for?
Keep accountability visible: decide where a person checks, approves, or takes over.
- Who reviews the work, and what do they check?
- Which decisions or outputs require approval?
- When should an unusual case be escalated, and to whom?
Define a bounded, observable slice that can be reviewed before anything is relied on.
- What is the smallest useful slice of the workflow to examine?
- Which test examples represent normal work and important edge cases?
- Who owns review, and when will the review happen?
Keep the next step practical
Bring one workflow into focus.
If you want to discuss what you found, Clearpath Intelligence can help you frame the questions and boundaries before deciding whether anything should change.
